Terms and Conditions

As at 1 January 2023.

This policy is specifically related to a travel trip to Northern India presented by Soul Reset TA Nicole Schiller & Keziah Readings TA Cynthia Green.

Offering

You understand and acknowledge that all accommodation for the entire retreat is twin share.

You understand and acknowledge the travel luggage weight restrictions is no more than 15kg check in luggage & 7kg hand luggage traveling international & domestic flights on this retreat. Responsibility is on the participant to accept any consequences of breaching this weight recommendation.

You agree you have been advised by the organisers of the appropriate clothing, footwear & travel necessities and should you require extra equipment or clothing for your own needs this cost will be incured by the participant.

Covid19 Government Restrictions

If a retreat has to be cancelled due to unexpected Government restrictions arising out of Covid19, then participants will be notified via email and the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled at a future date. All participant bookings will be re-allocated to the new retreat date alternatively at the organisers disgression a cancellation option may be available and refunds be considered.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any right or guarantee to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nicole Schiller & Cynthia Green bear no responsibility for Covid19 restrictions changing that may require participants to quarantine themselves for a period of time after a retreat, depending on travel restrictions between their home and the retreat destination. Participants should factor in the possibility of quarantining before making a booking.

Withdrawals, Refund & Transfers

Deposits made at the time of course enrollment are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the participant chooses to withdraw from the retreat within 14 days from the date of your enrollment due to medical or personal reasons and have paid the full tuition fees, a 50% refund will be provided.

The balance of all retreat fees must be paid in full 28 days prior to the retreat commencing. If not, the participants place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and the participant will forfeit their deposit.

Late or Missed Payments: A participant may be withdrawn from the program if they fail to rectify late or missed payment plan installments and will result in exclusion from the course with no refund of previous payments made.

If the participant wishes to withdraw their participation from the offering, then all remaining fees shall be due and payable immediately in full. This means that when the participant agrees to a payment plan it must be paid out in its entirety regardless if the Client wishes to withdraw their participation.

Disclaimer

It is essential that all participants retain full responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being whilst participating in rituals, ceremonies and practices both during and outside retreat.

You accept responsibility for informing retreat organisers about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your participation prior to the retreat commencing as well as any condition/illness/injury sustained during the retreat. You understand that you participate in travel, embodiment practices and ceremonies at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

Nicole Schiller & Cynthia Green will not accept liability for any damages or loss which may arise out of a retreat cancellation and will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by participants in their participation, whether during or outside retreats.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any right or guarantee to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.

The participant agrees that it is their responsibility to organise any travel visas and or required vaccination to their travel destination and that the organisers of any retreat facilitated by Soul Reset Pty Ltd & Keziah Readings are in no way responsible to provide refunds to the participant for having to cancel their trip for not organising themselves to meet these related government requirements.

The participant accepts responsibility for and agrees to organising their own travel insurance.

The participant accepts all travel & accommodation expenses outside of retreat dates 10.06.23 - 04.07.23 is not included in total amount paid for Alchemy of Breath Retreat.

The participant acknowledges that if there is any cost rise at a further date, the cost rise will be incured by the participant.
