Terms and Conditions

This policy is specifically related to programs run by Soul Reset TA Nicole Schiller

Deferrals:
Prior to 7 days before the first day of program commencement: Participants can defer to a later program by writing into soulreset222@gmail.com.
Once the program has commenced: Participants will not be permitted to defer.

Deposits made at the time of course enrollment are non-refundable. Should the student be unable to participate in the course due to other financial/personal commitments, the deposit can be transferred to the next program offering.

Late or Missed Payments: A student may be withdrawn from the program if they fail to rectify late or missed payment plan installments and will result in exclusion from the course with no refund of previous payments made.

Online Offerings

Prior to program commencement: fees paid at the time of course enrollment are non- refundable but transferable to another participant. Nicole Schiller is not responsible for finding a replacement participant should you choose to withdraw.

If the Client wishes to withdraw their participation from the online offering, then all remaining fees shall be due and payable immediately in full. This means that when the Client agrees to a payment plan it must be paid out in its entirety regardless if the Client wishes to withdraw their participation.

Covid19 Government Restrictions

If a retreat has to be cancelled due to unexpected Government restrictions arising out of Covid19, then participants will be notified via email and the retreat will be postponed and rescheduled at a future date. All participant bookings will be re-allocated to the new retreat date. .

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any right or guarantee to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nicole Schiller bears no responsibility for Covid19 restrictions changing that may require participants to quarantine themselves for a period of time after a retreat, depending on travel restrictions between their home and the retreat destination. Participants should factor in the possibility of quarantining before making a booking.

Withdrawals, Refund & Transfers

If you choose to withdraw from the retreat within 14 days from the date of your enrollment and have paid the full tuition fees, a 50% refund will be provided.

You understand and acknowledge that any deposits paid are non-refundable however may be transferable to another participant. To transfer a deposit, the person withdrawing is responsible for arranging another participant to take their place. Nicole Schiller is not responsible for finding a replacement participant should you choose to withdraw.

The balance of all retreat fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the retreat commencing. If not, the student’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and the student will forfeit their deposit.

Disclaimer

It is essential that all participants retain full responsibility for their own physical and mental well-being whilst participating in rituals, ceremonies and practices both during and outside retreat.

You accept responsibility for informing retreat organisers about any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your participation prior to the retreat commencing as well as any condition/illness/injury sustained during the retreat. You understand that you participate in embodiment practices and ceremonies at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any loss or injury suffered.

Nicole Schiller will not accept liability for any damages or loss which may arise out of a retreat cancellation and will not accept liability for any injury or loss suffered by participants in their participation, whether during or outside retreats.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude any right or guarantee to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law.

The client agrees that it is their responsibility to organise any travel visas and or required vaccination to their travel destination and that the organisers of any retreat facilitated by Soul Reset Pty Ltd are in no way responsible to provide refunds to the client for having to cancel their trip for not organising themselves to meet these related government requirements.

The client also agree’s that they are responsible for organising their own travel insurance.
